Whistle in the Dark by Emma Healey: a spoiler free review

This book has been sitting on my shelf for so long, I’m not even sure when I bought it to be honest – but it was released in April 2018 [eeekkkk]! However, it did inspire me to take part in the #tbrproject2020 [but more on that in a later post]. This book is told through the prospective of Jen, mother to Lana, her 15-year-old daughter who went missing for four days whilst the two of them were on holiday in the Peak District. Lana has no memory of what happened in those four days – or so she claims – and it drives Jen wild. She has to know what happened to her daughter. The book recieved 3/5 stars from me!
