This is the kind of romance novel that you want to consume in one sitting, but also leave for days because you do not want it to end as it’s that good. 4/5 stars from me! Read below to find out why!

#tbrproject2020

New year resolutions are often easy to come up with but then become increasingly harder to maintain as the year goes on. I remember years ago making a 10/20 item-long list totally telling myself I would stick to them all – depsite not having done so any of the years previously. It then just got to a point where I stopped making them. But then, one of the numerous good things about the blogging/bookstagram world, I kept seeing people posting about their new years resolutions and people were really focusing on realistic, consciencious resolutions. So I thought to myself, why not give it another try this year?

Whistle in the Dark by Emma Healey: a spoiler free review

Featured

This book has been sitting on my shelf for so long, I’m not even sure when I bought it to be honest – but it was released in April 2018 [eeekkkk]! However, it did inspire me to take part in the #tbrproject2020 [but more on that in a later post]. Palm Oil: My Latest Discovery of Human Greed

First of all I’d like to point out that I eat meat, I take car rides and too many times automatically buy the easy options instead of thinking a little about them first. So for anyone who thinks this post might be a bit hypocritical, then feel free. But to me, the consumption of palm oil is a massive issue that has more consequences to it than many people may know.

Chocolate Chip Salted Cookies!

Featured

What better way to start this blog off than with a simple yet delicius cookie recipe! Sweet gooey chocolate mixed with a little salty taste is a perfect combination that results in eating one cookie, and then another, and another…

With so many cookie recipes out there I can’t claim this one to be extravagantly different or entirely my own, but it does have a few tweaks á la Evmb.
